HACIENDA CLASSICS THE HACIENDA IS BACK…in spirit at least.
The Hacienda itself may be a pile of rubble, shortly to become a series of exclusive Mancunian lofts, but its spirit lives on. New Order’s Peter Hook has teamed up with ex-Hac DJ and longtime Manchester scene stalwart Bobby Langley to put together a series of special one-off nights celebrating what made the Hacienda the uber-success it was – the tunes.
Friday 16th November, Saturday 8th December, and New Year’s Eve
With legendary DJ Jon Da Silva in charge, and special guests promised, demand for tickets is already very high. As Bobby explains, “Everybody likes to listen to a bit of Acid House now and then. We’ve had an awful lot of demand for it, and an awful lot of people talking about it. It’s good.”
