Last night was New Order's second stop in Cologne in 3 months. The last time was disastrous. Last night was a success.

Last night was New Order's second stop in Cologne in 3 months. The last time was disastrous Last night was a success.
The last time New Order visited Cologne (Köln) in August, it appeared to be one of their worst gigs ever. Not that the band didn't do their best or weren't playing well, but the crowd was killing the atmosphere, driving the band mad and even pushing frontman Bernard Sumner to be very provocative when adressing the crowd.
It was just normal after all since they were doing the first part of a Robbie Williams concert, something they will most probably never do again.
Last night, they had their own crowd, and the result was very different.

« Just want to let you know, in case you haven't heard yet,that last night's
gig was absolutely brilliant! The guys claimed to be tired from visiting Berlin nightlife the night before, but they where ROCKING! Played the same setlist as Paris but did an extra encore: Ruined in a day. I never saw them so energetic and full of power!! Arthur Baker was also in top shape. Like if he came from another planet(or was it me?). »
