help! my home page keeps changing???

Everyday when I turn on the computer, My homepage changes from nool to http://luckysearch.net/ydtfs/

I keep changing it back but the next day, there it is again. I deleted all my cookies, all my Temp files. But it's still there. I did a search and found nothing. Why does it keep changing? Must be a virus???

Do any of you computer wizes know how to stop this?
