A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable was killed early Thursday morning when a pickup truck slammed into his patrol car.
I'm sorry, but how does one ALLEGEDLY run into a car????
I seem to remeber this one from the Clinton era, though I may just be making it up I'm not sure:

The press can't say anything for sure until it's been through the courts or some sort of formal inquiry. They can only say that something allegedly happened, so to keep the person innocent until proven guilty.
Shouldnt it be guilty until proven innocent??! if we assume the worst then things can only get better ;)
