Seeing as I don't have a cellular phone, or a life.......anyway, seeing as I don't have one, I feel free in openly mocking those who program some inane melody or theme as the "ringer" for theirs. What's the most bizarre noise you heard coming out of someone's cellphone? 
For me it's a tie between "Theme from 'Pink Panther'" and various hit-rap-song-inspired knockoffs (think "Thong Song" in Muzak form) 
Obviously the most annoying one is the "Nokia Tune", which thanks to Dom Joly is now regularly followed by someone bellowing "HELLO!!..."
Not entirely related, but I was sat having my lunch in the work canteen, and the bloke on the next table was talking away into his phone, when all of a sudden... it rang!! What a tit.
My professor sits out on campus with a plastic banana with an extendable antenna in it and pretends to be talking on the phone in order to mock people who walk by with cell phones. It's quite funny.
The barber who cuts my hair has Tarzan's "AAAHHH-AHHH-AAHHH-AAAAAHHHH!" thing on his, which is quite weird.
I fucking hate cell phones though.
