Does anyone know if its currently possible to play my PS2 over t'internet? I just read something about E3, and online gaming, and has left me wondering.

PCs are the way to go for online gaming. just got done playing Fighter Aces with 12 squadmates. Not near the max number of folks but it was like 40 to 38 in the room we were playing. Nothing is better than beating a human opponent.
There's an increasing number of titles for the PS2 supporting on-line play: TIF 2004, Twisted Metal Black Online, Destruction Derby Arenas, Syphon Filter-The Omega Strain, Tony Hawk 4 to name a few. I only have TIF 2004 & haven't played it on-line so I don't know how good that feature is, but from reviews I've read it's one of the better PS2 on-line football games. Of course, you'll have to fork out for a network adapter (Ethernet), and need a memory card & broadband connection.
my brothers got himself an x box with an internet connection & it seems to work rilly well - though its a bit weird when he's weearing the headset & talking to the telly...
