I watched the video of the original Boney M version of this song in a nightclub last night. Right now I'm downloading this video, I HAVE to watch it again. It makes Lionel Richie's "Hello" look like a masterpiece. 
Driving round the countryside today, turned on the radio and heard a couple of things that I hadn't heard in a while. First, on an oldies station, was Duke Of Earl by Gene Chandler, then I flipped the dial to a modern rock station, and heard a lovely vocal going "Dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.......doo doo doo" over a thumping bassline. Wynonna's Big Brown Beaver by Primus of course, just glad I didn't hear that daisy song by Ween.
