Mr. Show

I picked up the first two seasons of Mr. Show a couple of weeks back, and I just wanted to say that...I laughed, I cried, I touched myself. Mr. Show is quite possibly the finest example of American sketch comedy ever......EVER!

Anyone else a fan? I plan on getting seasons three and four sooner rather than later (seeing as season four just came out and I can't find season three anywhere, probably four). There's just too much stuff from both seasons that is

Mr. Show is hysterical. i love the sketch at the music awards where the same band wins and loses for the same award.. David Cross is a genius.

Thanks for the info Tabsy, one more thing to check out for me. I hardly pay attention to the schedule of TV shows, or to what channel some of the shows are actually on, but you've been a good judge on this stuff (it was you, wasn't it, who recommended Aqua Teen Hunger Force?).

Mr. Show's just on DVD now (though TBS is apparently planning to add it to their late night schedule, with some extensive editing I'd think in terms of language). Season Four came out on DVD sometime last month, so I'll probably pick that up sometime soon. Hilarious show all around, and the DVD commentaries are must-listens.
