a question for the 'musicians'

I just bought a second hand motu 828 mkII and on arrival it's short of the manuals and audiodesk software. the seller has let me know that he trying to track them down but I don't think he'll be making that a priority now that he's sold it (if he still has them). I thought I was fairly technically literate until I started trying to get my head around this piece of hardware. the motu site doesn't provide downloadable manuals or software without registering the product first, unfortunately you can only do this using some of the material that came with the manual...(!) can anyone help? are there any pdfs out there? any kind souls who want to share info etc? cheers, me loves

Hi Fac, I own 896, and it's prety good piece of hardware. I can help you with your 828, I just need to know more of your setup (PC, Mac). You don't need to register to use their 'download section', just register username and password.
