radio 1 peel night

memories of my youth came flooding back tonight with one of the best nights of radio the fall,the ruts,birthday party,ivor cutler,etc.and i missed some parts of it as well they played bits of peelie telling his stories between records,i.e.the one about 4 of his signed photo's only bringing the same as only 1 mike reid photo at a charity auction-13 pence!!!

Can you believe they started with Status Quo's Deeper and Down.

came in last night and heard Soon by My Bloody Valentine on radio 1 (on the telly) class song. onya Peely.
