Is that just out & out bigotry, or is there some rational basis for saying "proper" marriage is between a man and a woman?

You know, if the blogger really wanted to defeat that measure, there's nothing to help it go down in flames like association with the Klan. Forget the moonshots, they should make sure the Klan gets lots of airtime speaking out against gay rights.

Of course, being Texas and all, associating anti-gay bigotry with the Klan won't have quite the same impact that it would have in the civilized world.
