Nice to see you care.

No. On the Killing Joke forum, this was brought up, so I thought I'd ask NOOL'ers.

Spanish Castles in space by the Orb. The Happy One (not cos of the name, cos of the music)

I was listening to Come Back by The Mighty Wah! sometime back and, strangely, decided it would be a great song for my funeral.Dunno why.Maybe it's quite celebratory, yet melancholic .And ironic in that i wouldn't be able to "Come Back".

The entirety of Stereolab's Dots and Loops album, looped over indefinitely. That is, until the cannon shoots my ashes out in a shrapnel canister, then it would have to switch over to The Kill, Warsaw-style.

At the end "Don't Fear the Reaper", with everyone dancing while exiting.

Excellent song! First heard it watching a Steven King film, it came on and we all wanted to know what it was!

Personally, i want Joyce Simms - Come into my life (for a bit of irony) and Joy Division - Love Will Tear us Apart.

Doesn't matter though really, cos i'm actually immortal.

they have a exotic and haunting sound to them, it's the duo of lisa gerrard and brendan perry who were both formally trained in classical music. I guess they could be described as gothic, spiritual, and having a world-beat type music. Dark, sexy sounds- something that could be played at a funeral or during sex, and both of their voices sound ghostly yet sultry.

Passage in time is the greatests hit album and would be a good intro to dcd and my fav song is "severance".

^ Severance was the first song I'd heard of their's - fantastic and ethereal-like... someone told me it reminded them of being in a creepy old moldy cathedral.

Might be why I like it. :evil4:

Of course, it's hard to listen to the Gladiator soundtrack, cos she's all over that, and I hear it nearly every time some epic movie comes out about battles and men in loincloths or the like.
