Feeling a little put upon. Apprently none of my posts are of any interest, and getting badges for the Angels instead of repeating my apollo14 experience to see a 15 min set from NO at manc aid is weird.

The Cambell issue for me is that I get home from work and, living alone and having fcuk all else to do most nights, turn on the computer and read what everyone's been posting during the day. Recently I've been getting in from work and reading what Steve Campbell has been saying all day. And his posts are so LONG - they take ages to read. Nothing wrong with what he says, he just says so MUCH of it! 3k in two months? If it was an effort to post all of that, think of the effort required to read it all! And yes, you can ignore whatever posts you want, but then what's the point in being here at all?
Steve can leave if he wants, or he can stay and post a bit less or he can just keep going like he has been and take the odd bit of abuse from time to time. Hunstman posted garbage, I'm sure even he'd admit that, maybe he should have got to grips with the BHD thing, but he generally only participated in hijaking one thread at a time, and usually after it was dead anyway. And it wasn't just him - it was just some mates having a laugh - there was no need to react like some people here did.
Yer need thick skin to hang around these parts. At least the moderators haven't got it in for Campbell - the entire population of America was after poor Huntsman. And do you know what really pisses me off? Where are the fuckers that started all the Huntsman-bashing now? The ones who really compained? Moved on, lost interest, found a new toy.

Well guys I dunno what to say. Barney's Angels is a load of shite? but it's OK to tlk about spit-roasting Gillian. When Al hands out badges for gig attendance, it is rightly viewed as generosity. When I *AT THE SUGGESTION OF OTHERS* attempt to hand out some badges for A LAUGH...it's evil, bollox and somehow the seed of all destruction?
Anyone would think I floated along here 2 months ago with no clue who NO were, and that I never ventured an opinion on anything NO related. Personally I always felt that keeping things amusing was good. I also rather got the idea since many people here make music, that things I know in that area would be useful for some.
And I'm some kind of lightweight for not going to Manc aid...a truncated charity spot set that i can neither afford nor physically handle. Fuck's sake I hope none of you end up with bollox like grapefruit, egg sized blood and puss oozing sores on your arse and inner thighs and so many fuckin prescription drugs in your system you can barely talk to your own family.

I must confess I am very hurt and more than a little furious, which is why I vanished for a while...this is me calmed down. I completely agree with Tim and there has definitely been an inordinate amount of bollocks on here of late. What's more is when the off-topic shite is addressed by moderators world-class hissy fits usually occur. The histrionics usually include a 'site walkout' or a string of over the top confrontational threads. I mean puh-lease, what is this? High school?
