I never minded listening to Guitar George. Not shit nor the worst song ever. Have you heard Beyonce's new single? Pure shit.

Worst song ever has to be:

"Afternoon Delight" back in the 70s. Doesn't get ay worse than that.

Nah, has guitar, so can't be the worst song ever, most of the top 40 from the last god knows how many years is/has been much worse... Sultans over Byawatch theme tune remixes and soulless R'n'B/gangster-rap shite anyday...

I like Dire Straits. Sultans Of Swing is quality, and so is Money For Nothing.

It's alright. My favourite Dire song has got to be Romeo and Juliette.

Cracking video too. Wouldn't mind seeing that again.

Definitely not the worst thing ever, does that mean you rate most of the Mode and Cure catalog above that? Always thought Sultans was Dylan on a bad day anyway. Not a Straits fan by any means, but I do enjoy Knopfler's sountrack for Local Hero, as well as the Notting Hillbillies record a lot.

they were huge- have massive road trip driving memories of them. can get bar fulls of drunk men and ladies singing a grand time. better than Jennifer Lopez. edit- sht yes, but not the worst. not by a country mile.

no skeletons there. just great memories of beautiful a time. two examples are-driving through the California Redwoods at midnight on a hot summer night. & then another year up the Oregon coast in 2 ft. of snow. radio on, windows rolled down.
