I finally got my hard earned 200 quids0rz from inland revenue.

i have no idea how they work. some years i get money back, others i have to pay them more. the last few years i've always had to pay them more. it seems my investments are too fruitful.
Bear in mind, there are many different departments in the IR. Bear in mind, no two departments liase with one another. Bunch of .........jokers. Funny how the department who wants your money then is on the ball, whilst the other who owe your money are permanently off sick or at lunch..........hhmmm. Ask them about tax credits...now that WILL blow their minds. 
Write, ring, write, ring,...........really mess them up.....they're ace on a boring day.....entertainment at its best.
