any of those places...

In my experience people are the same wherever you go.

Unless you turn up with an attitude.

Common sense.

But Peruvians are the most welcoming bunch of peeps I've ever come across. I love 'em

  1. Florida--too humid, too many icky things, Old Germans, old NY Jews, Cubans--just like my damn family which I have a few down there

  2. East St. Louis/any US inner city "keepin' it real" ghetto--too white for those places

  3. Kansas

Bits of Belfast. Spain...I dunno why but spain always seems like a horrid place in my head, no mater how pretty it looks. It's probably the thought of the sweat soaked bottom 5% of UK society in residence on the beach.

Argentina - too many ex-Nazis for my taste

Malta - Seems kinda lonely on the map, between Sicily and Tunisia(sic)

Iran - Funny, I thought they were supposed to be calming down a few years ago

Myanmar - because Burma is a better name

Nebraska - miles and miles and miles and miles and miles of corn. Corn, corn, corn, corn, corn...:faint:

North Carolina is probably underneath Iran on my 'wish list' right now.:evil4:

I've been to North Carolina and I don't recommend it. It has 3 things:

  1. Mint colored cars
  2. Sweet tea
  3. Bojangles

Not worth the price of the cab to the airport.

There's a chance of it happening anywhere, I just think he means there's much more of a chance that it might happen in those countries

PNG is fine, it's irian jaya that's scary in all honesty (at least to me). far too many travelers who enter the inner region go missing for my liking. not to mention the lovely indonesian military police activity!

I believe they did. And don't forget the trandem.

Some fool also built a shed round a quad bike. Seen Clarkson racing round thruxton park (including the horrific church corner) on the telly.
