I missed it! i though it was tonight! I was goona stick it straight onto a DVD 'cause me sky+ remotes stopped working.

Oh well... just have to wait for the DVD release, unless anyone knows if it'll be repeated? :confused2:

yeah but only on vhs .i dont have a dvd recorder.

bit of a funny thing actually.watching it again this morning i discovered half way through (just after Transmission ends) i somehow (very drunk) switched the video to record another channel :banghead: :( :angry: .So i have 'The Wright Stuff! on instead of the second half of the gig.I think i messed the video up whenn i pressed pause at the adverts after Transmission.

But it ok because i had a back up copy recording on the video upstairs!!!! that worked fien but it has the adverts in.and its only a crap cheap mono recorder.

so i have half the gig on a good stereo vhs tape.and the whole gig on a crap mono vhs tape. i will copy the seconf half of the mono copy on to the good tape after transmission

i 've gone round the houses explaining that but i hope it make sense:D

FFS....this thing has been nothing but trouble....time for it to return home.

Yesh I hit finalize (cos otherwise the PC cannot see it), nd it made a few noises, the progress bar went accross the screen then everything went black and the machine locked up with the disc still spinning. PC cannot read it. Gonna wait for dvdr to cool off (it's so hot it actually burned me last weekend) and HOPE that it died before trashing the disc.....but it's a thin hope cos I seen the progress bar move.

Going to investigate raw dvd data recovery tools, but I very much suspect that even those need a filesystem to be in place on the disc because neither windows nor linux will acknowledge the existence of a disc otherwise.

Everything I own is falling aprt and it all works better than this brand new machine.

I'd really like the git in tesco to tell me thay wont take it back cos I dont have the box or something.
