Funny how my Parents insisted on them; I would NEVER let my children wear them; it's not the choking on wool factor; just the look on the little old dears faces......

they keep my HEAD warm on the cycle to work in the winter:D

Yeah but i get funny looks on the bus to work anyway, cos i have a hoody on (to cover my work shirt while im not at work, CBA changing shirt there), and i have to wear trackies, incase i gotta go in the pool.

Basically any teenagers are a target for dirty/scared looks from old people. I end up just giving them one back, cos its well annoying, im not doing anything wrong

erm, for fairly obvious reasons we don't allow the students at school to wear them. no trenchcoats, either.

I use one during the winter when I ride me bicycle. Pearl Izumi! Perhaps my fave piece of bike clothing. It gets fcking cold here. -10 F is my record for biking this winter.

Well, the things are very good for concealment. Where I'm from, people rarely wear balacalavas.
