Some people have found some problem with the chat room. Advices were to clear the brower's cache and upgrade to the latest version of Java (check the technical forum)
They upgraded the software and changed the name!
On the other hand, I don't use the chat room, it seems many people does, so if people who actually use it are interested, you can donate to NOOL to upgrade to a better version of that software (we use the free version) and the features are listed here...
Just a suggestion, it might solve many issues raised by people over the last months.
