I like frosties. It's either Kellogg's frosties or Tesco frosted flakes (cheap but delicious) for me.

EDIT: Sod off, Pope!

They are all really bad for you. No nutrients at all (apart from in the milk you put with them).

Do you know they were invented to cure masturbation?

It's true

Yeah I know ....... (in Andy's voice) :uhoh: They're packed with sugar apparently. Muesli is much healthier.

...and loads of salt and all sorts of nasty chemicals that are generated by the cooking process. They burn them, basically.

It's much better to have a nice peice of fruit or even a bacon sandwich. Kippers are nice, but only when you're staying at someone elses house.

Depends on the time of year, at the moment I'm loving Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, but I also have Rice Krispies, Shreddies and Weetabix in my cupboard.

I occasionally crave Sugarpuffs too.

I know they're bad for you but they're easy and I can't eat toast early in a morning.

Mostly I love kellogs crunchy nut cornflakes. Also porridge with loads of honey on the top. Both made with full fat organic moo juice.

Kellogg's "Just Right", the forgotten cereal of the Kellogg's family. It's a bit like museli but without the taste of milk being added to a big pile of dust that comes with Alpen.

Coco-Pops.

Although, having said that, not had any in years. Don't really do cereal, that's for people with way too much time on their hands in a morning.

I've never eaten cereal in the morning. It's always an early evening snack for me. Or just before bed. I hadn't had Coco Pops in years either until a couple of months ago and I was very dissapointed with them. Nowhere near as good as I'd remembered them.

My Mum always has Coco Pops in for me (even though at stop at theirs maybe 3 or 4 times a year), don't think I've ever bought them myself!!

I remember going to stay with my Great Auntie in Australia a few years ago. She lives on her own and was quite enjoying having someone to look after. Every morning I'd get up and she'd have the table set for breakfast with six of those wee mini Kellogg's cereal boxes sat out for me to choose from. I'd always go for the Coco Pops. The very next morning the full range was still on offer. She'd just replace the Pops. This went on for a week. Bless.

They are all like corrugated cardboard! Used to love them, but I rarely eat breakfast of any description - although I do insist the kids eat breakfast, which is usually Special K or Shreddies and/or toast.

When my daughter was very young she used to like a concoction of Special K, Bran Flakes & Cornflakes with precisely 10 raisins perched on top!............ and only 'blue' milk!

Fat Bob also created a cure, which actually was wank.

Porridge, can't beat Quaker Oats traditional coarse grains. :thumb:

Lidl's muesli is very good, much cheaper and far less dusty than Alpen.

Yeah, dunno why, I bought a box of something called Boo-Berry a a couple of years ago, as a seasonal promotion, it had frosty cereal with blue-colored marshmallow bits in hit. After a couple of bowls of that, the dye had turned my solid waste a sickly green/bluish hue. I can only imagine what it did to my insides. Never bought anything like that again.

These days, it's usually one of the Chex styles, maybe some Rice Krispies, Grape Nuts or Frosted Flakes for a change.

Odd, I have it in the morning cause I don't have any time in the morning.
