Got a couple albums that have those, the type of track where you have to fast-forward after the last song to find them: Nirvana's "Nevermind," and the recently discovered "Jagged Little Pill" by Alanis Morissette. Seven years of owning the latter, I didn't realize that there was a hidden track until I played the CD on iTunes. Are there anymore CDs with hidden tracks aside from those two? I know that this was a fad in the 90s.

Those are the only ones I can remember at the moment, many of those are past 2000...

"Rumour"? You must've just gotten the 4-disc version. 
The X-Files soundtrack, with a lovely Nick Cave/Dirty Three song Time Jesum Transeuntum Et Non Riverentum, and the Dirty Three version of the X-Files theme. Both located before song one on the disc ("0" is also a number" saith Nick and the boys), accessed only by a backward manual search.
Mute made it a bit easier to find by sticking the track on Nick's b-side box set.
Hibster, I think, was the one who pointed out the extra track on Massive Attack's 100th Window, but it was a rather long and boring instrumental from what I remember, only got through it one time.

Wow, I've listened to this cd many times and never knew it. How are you able to download it on the computer? Looked it up on my iTunes library and it doesn't show it.
I do check this site for quite some time now if I want infos about hidden tracks. It's a semi-complete list in wikipedia.
Just to add, one new album that is not on the list yet is Cherry Ghost's 2007 album Thirst For Romance (the last track 'Mathematics' has a hidden track 'The Same God.')

Always worth browsing them in a PC too, you never know what you'll find on some. Of course you need to stop DOS autoplaying every fucking thing in sight.

That surely is the definition of a 'hidden' track, as opposed just being unlisted? Something that requires some effort to get it play, rather than just leaving the CD running.
Silent Alarm by Bloc Party has one. Rewind from track 1 and there is a broody instrumental.

Damn... I forgot what CD it is... But somewhere is after a couple of minutes a voice saying: "You can turn it off now." That scared me the first time I heard it, because I wasn't prepared :). I guess it was Hooky's voice... Maybe a Revenge or Monaco-album...

'Fire & Skill' the Paul Weller tribute album has an unamed Weller original long after the final listed track has played out.Well worth a listen.

From my view, yes it would, almost as much work as trying to get the right track to play on a twin-grooved record (I'm thinking of John Cooper Clarke's Twat/Splat single, never really wanted to hear the version with the sound effects more than once).

Don't actually own the album, a co-worker had it, we listened to the tracks at work on a portable CD player that we could manually rewind.
Not sure if you know who the Dirty Three are, they're a three-piece (duh!) of violin, guitar and drums, the song is kinda drone-y, but as I said earlier, Mute made it a lot easier to hear the song by sticking it on Nick's b-side compilation. Send me a PM if you wanna know (and hear) more....

Would "I'm going crazy" be considered a hidden track on Smashing Pumpkins' Gish? I have a bootleg called "Pumpkin seeds" which has some Gish songs on it (although they're mixed slightly different) and "Daydream" doesn't have the "I'm going crazy" bit after it.

Admiral Twin - M.O.R. powerpop band that opened for Hanson (!) in their '98 Tour (I actually went to the Molson Centre in Toronto w/ my sister to see it....gah! Maybe as a teen I was hoping to hook up w/ some Hanson groupies...didn't work out too well)
Their indie release "Unlucky" in '98 had a hidden track you could only access by going backwards from Track One (very odd spoken word track with references to flotsam, creepshows and Bryant Gumble...seriously).
