Think we may need a forum for this one, so for starters have you ever met anyone as posh as Raef, even better worked with someone like that? Suppose it depends on the circles you move in and the places you work but surely twats like that are only found down south and in the city?

Ha ha ha. Was just saying here that Raef reminds me of a certain someone we once worked with and still see regularly, who all the London Order will know - my boy S.

Except my version has got shoulders as wide as a bison, drinks Stella by the gallon and is pwoper nawty on all fronts. He'd have had their team leader up against a wall by the throat before they'd even set off!

EDIT: actually, from memory, he was right down the front with me at Brixton 05 wearing a fcuking blazer in that heat!!!

by the throat?

Theres being posh and OK with it but that bloke on telly is just a complete cock. Thought it was amusing that the three toffs were sticking up for each other, no doubt worried they wouldn't be quorate for the biscuit game of an evening.

That de Lacy lad apparently only included de Lacy in his name by deedpoll to make himself sound posher.

What the fcuk was he going on about? He couldn't talk to blokes about football or summat ... this, in front of a bloke who used to own Spurs!

I thought that Greek lad was gonna cry at any minute.

And one of them looks like George Dawes with hair.

Did they say where that house was? Docklands presumably, given that it's a converted warehouse? Like fcuk could the winner aspire to owning that though with a six-figure salary. Try seven-figure and you might be in with a sniff of a chance.

The football and the uneducated bit must have had Sugar drawing the knife without a night to sleep on it.

We just talked about this at dinner time.

I'd not seen it.

My mate has Sky +ed it but probably won't watch it.

My other mate saw it and said it was full of pricks.

I don't think I'll be bothering.

Do I win £40?

why would any self respecting person want to work for Alan Sugar?

Yes, that was one of the questions we discussed at dinner time.

No, I wouldn't want to work for Sir Alan eihter.

Dear, oh dear, some of those (gents) are complete idiots!

The ladies dressed far better than what was required to sell fish, but I wouldn't hire any of them at all!

Anyone see this tonight?

Fucking brilliant telly.

I was amazed that he didnt fire the whole lot of them. What a shower of incompetent wankers. Kosher chciken indeed!

Did yousee that so called Jewish lad give himself the whole Father, son and Holy Spirit malarkey before he went into the boardroom? What a prick!

the Irish tart has had it coming for a few weeks. and the ginger one really fucked things up for herself.

What's with that fucking arshole ish way they hold their mobiles ? I assume it's when they are using the speaker to have a group conversation but still.

Jewish? He was half-Jewish! Er, how the fcuk can someone be half-Jewish?!

And how could none of them know what kosher meant?! :nonono:

Must see TV. It's just Big Brother without all the boring sitting-around-and-doing-nothing bits. Take Britain's best sixteen idiots who don't actually realise they're all idiots and then set 'em loose! Deluded, every one of them.

I quite like Raef though, when all is said and done.

Who's the dumb-looking one with the high collars and bouffant hair?

He looks baffled most of the time, but somehow manages to keep his head down and avoid making himself look totally dim in front of the others.

A bit like Rozencrantz and Guildenstern.

Biginaraincoat wrote: Who's the dumb-looking one with the high collars and bouffant hair?

that'd be raef. or rafe. depends how you spell it, but it's funny the way he's setting himself out to be an expert yet his brilliant tactical idea was to dress up like locals so they'd get a better discount.

Raef is how he spells it.

He looks a little bit 'get orf my laaand' here, doesn't he? Not quite right. Bit Deliverance?

I'm quite liking Sara now (for markedly different reasons!). Imagine those big bushbaby eyes looking up at you longingly! :food:

Did you see him do the whole father son and holy spirit nonsense before he went back in? What an idiot.

Margaret made the show last night; "He's a complete waste of space".

The show has improved drastically these last few weeks. When it starts there are too many people to follow. I didnt even notice Sara until yesterday. Now you can see all the fuck ups in decent time and get a good roasting in the boardroom.

I must say I didnt like Raef at the start, but he's grown on me and I'd like to see him stay for a while.

Its a brilliant but flawed show and last night was no exception. Michael should have been fired for cheating but got let off as Alan took a shine to him. Claires annoying but not as bad as earlier episodes. Raef is the only contestant I think is a potential winner. I think anyone from last 2 series would walk over this lot. The 2 Jennies wont be missed either.

Lucindas quite foxy and I hope she does well. Lee makes me laugh with his constant swearing and "thats wot Im talking about!" catchprase.

Its a shame we dont get to see more of what actually happens in the boardroom and more post boardroom analysis from the contestants back at the house.

I really cant pick a winner out of this lot of moaning, backstabing, bitching, prima-donnas, except maybe Raef. Great tv but I think this should be last series.

The bird opposite me in my office wrangled an audience invite to the post-Your Fired interview they have on BBC3 or summit on Tuesday so she's been well chuffed ever since.

Personally, I must admit I've always had no interest in The Apprentice and that's only been amplified since I started working again. Why come back and watch a bunch of twats vying to be top dog and arse lick the boss on telly when you work with (some) people just like them all day long?

There's got to be some respite somewhere

Lee's just permanently pissed, isn't he? Surely, he's pissed? No-one talks like that in the real world, ever.

I really can't figure who'll make the final two. Actually, no, it won't be Helene. But the rest of them are all in with a shout.

Old Blue wrote: You're not including Lucinda, shirley?

Yeah, why not. She proved herself as a Project Manager.

Okay, so last night she was a bit dippy.

Well, a lot.

I think Claire's got it in the bag though. Shame, cos I don't like her. Well, any of them actually.

Thats the whole point of the series though? To see a bunch of totally unlikeable people given the runaround and then embarrased? Surely?

Quite liked Raef, and the Squaddie who had the fcukoff West Ham tattto up his calf.

Was the squaddie Simon? Who fucked up the Photography task? He seemed alright.

As for Raef, the first week he was bloody awful. Hated the fucker. Then he actually became quite entertaining and was by far the best of the a bad bunch. Probably not the kind of person i'd go for a beer with though...

You cant like everyone, but you cant dislike everyone either...

I like Lee the most. Ok he's not the most elequent or well spoken but he's really got stuck in, and has great enthusiasm. He makes me laugh and none of the other contestants has said a bad word about him. He'd be good to have a beer with.

Alex is playing a game and I knew he would do well from episode one when he defended himself well against De Lancy guy. I cant see him winning it mind. Not shown enough qualities throughout series.

Claire is a dead cert to make final two. Has toned down her antics after being too dominant in early rounds and keeps getting better. I dont particulary like her but thats not the point.Dont think Sir Alan likes her enough to win but you never know.

Lucinda is a strange kettle of fish. Cant work a computer, cant tell a make of car, cant wash a handkerchief, cant get on with alot of people. And yet is a brilliant project manager. I can see her making final but under close examination will crack.

Helana will be gone next week. Dull as.

Well thats my verdict for what its worth. Do you know what Im takin about!

NO Regret wrote: Helana will be gone next week. Dull as.

Who's she s'posed to work for? Last night the big thing seemed to be that she worked for some tenacious corporate giant, whereas Michael was just the ickle boy still wet behind the ears.

Anyways, three of 'em go next week - it's the semi-finals (sort of)!

Thought that was the right result in the end, though didn't really see it coming.

Clare was a more complete candidate but I'm not sure I'd fancy working with her, and she'd probably be even worse to actually manage.

Thought Lee was an uttercock early doors but they set him up nicely as the underdog towards the end. Everyone always loves an underdog.

And Alex had a little cry in the cab. The wanker.

right result and glad he won.nice guys do come first :) i didnt think the final task was as good or entertaining as in previous finals. actually helena looked pretty tasty in the 'your fired' studio after.

Im pleased Lee won as he has been my favourite. Not been a cock at all during the series.

The final task turned out pointless and didnt really give any clearer indication to the candidates capabilities. It did highlight that Kevin really hasnt got a clue when it comes to ideas (stressball bottle indeed!).

Not sure why Suralan didnt choose Claire though. His reasons were vague.

Nothing wrong with Alex crying at the end. At least he showed some emotion. Its been a tense and tough 12 weeks for the final 4.

I thought Renaissance lost the task on a technicality. I didnt hear anything about profit margins or cost of manufacturing product in Suralans spill. No one mentioned how much the adverts cost either. As for Alpha, all they got was critisism for gambling connections. It should have been a 2 hour special really to see focus group meetings and more behind the scenes stuff with the ex-candidates.

A great series though and well done to Lee.

The tirade against timid little doe-eyed Sara? That was totally unnecessary.

NO Regret wrote: I thought Renaissance lost the task on a technicality.

I'd disagree with that. I thought their's looked the much more stylish product and Lee/Clare's effort was terribly outmoded at best. But Helene and Alex basically fuct up cos they couldn't work together (unlike Lee and Clare) and their entire product stemmed from the bloke at Givenchy saying to them, "Why not have two bottles?". The unique selling point didn't come from them at all, and they didn't really have a solid name at that point. "Dual" only came about cos the designer suggested the two bottles, they didn't drive it themselves.

Kevin was, indeed, class though.

And I loved their original presentation about Adam ... a dynamic, exciting, vibrant young man ... er, from Leeds!!

Sara probably deserved it. Remember Suralan saying (of the wedding task) "if I was a customer I would have shoved your facein the bleedin cake".

So someone else suggested the concept of "Dual". Does that really matter? The guy suggested it and Alex took the idea on. What was the purpose of those guys if it wasnt to get feedback?

Kevin is a lemon. Full of crap ideas.

Having said that "Roulette" felt very Old Spice/Brut 1970s. They targetted plumbers in a cafe for market research (when Roulette was clearly marketed at James Bond wannabies/gamblers/chancers. But where was the market research from Helene and Alex? Or was this cut?

Apparently she works for General Electric in their finance department.

Anyway, I thought last nights programme was the worst one of the series. it was obvious they had fucked up on the bottle so you knew which team has won. It was, mostly, dull and uninteresting, apart from that irish tart and Matt Lucas coming across as complete twats.
