Bank Charges - Appeal Thrown Out

Wonderful news.

No doubt the banks will continue to pour their (well, our) money into defending their crappy and vindictive charging policies, but this is a landmark ruling.

Brace yourselves for the emotional statements from the banks about how they are struggling at the moment and that this ruling could deepen their crisis.

A little bit like a fucking £25 charge when you go a couple of quid over your overdraft limit then?

Any idea when we can claim charges then?... I reckon I've got about £4k to claim.. the robbing c___s.

Fucking hell. It'll be like winning the bastard lottery if/when I make a claim.....

I just recently got £50 back of bank when I contested their charges.Because of this stupid ruling that you can pay money in on day of a debit,but if funds weren't in day before,we'll charge you a fee to take you in the red,and....oh..you're in the red,we'll charge you again.
