Suing Lybia

I can't get my head round this at all. I mean, I've been uncomfortably close to a few IRA bombs, so I have a degree of interest in the issue. Yet several fairly fundamental points come to mind........

1. Since when are arms dealers responsible for the actions of those they sell to?
2. Assuming that the situation proposed in 1. is actually the case, doesn't that make the UK responsible for Saddam, Mugabe and a dozen other nasty little fucks round the world (whose arms bills the UK taxpayer cover to the tune of billions, while whining about people getting £80 a week for doing fuck all work. It's true, UK arms companies will do business with any dodgy cunt, as long as the government underwrite the transaction so that when, not if, Mr Dodgy Dictator refuses to pay, we pay instead.)
3. Lybia has fuck all money.
4. Based on 3. wouldn't it be better to sue those who paid Lybia for the weapons. After all the current "war on terror" [1] is against those who "fund, harbour or aid" terrorists. I think we know where 90% of of IRA funds came from (clue, their fundraising arm, Noraid was registered as a CHARITY there), so lets sue those cunts instead.....or deal with them the way they deal with those they say fund terrorists.....dropping loads of bombs on them.
5. How far does this go......should the US sue Boeing and Gruman etc for building most of the planes that attacked Pearl Harbour? Should we sue the US for Maxim supplying thousands of machine guns to the Kaiser's army?

The whole thing makes not one scrap of sense to me. Sounds like another case of the English Govt sorting out their own shite ( "oh no, we'll take a tough line on these Lybians since you all hate us for having a modicum of humanity and christian compassion"), while paying scant regard for the consequences in Ireland. And believe me, there WILL be consequences. Cunts over here are just DYING to have some good ole whinging and gurning about the troubles, the "sides" here are so fucking retarded they will fight one another over the colour of kerbstones (no, really, they do)....can you IMAGINE the amount of wretched shit the Darwin-Disproving sisterfuckers are gonna get out of this?

Back to the subject, I think Sarkozy finally succeed to sell Rafales to Brazil. But in fact, it is the French taxpayer who will offer them to Brazil...
