It sounds more like something Vangelis would have done a la the Blade Runner soundtrack. Maybe it's something Weatherall himself was involved with.

Cheers, found it now, it's actually an Orb mix of a track called Requiem. Mix has the rather ace title of...A Floating Leaf Always Reaches The Sea Dub Mix
