So Hooky won something this year then.

Surprised this hasn't had any replies, especially (as our man above points out) given the quite transparent debt they owe to the sound of A Certain Pop Group.

For sentimental reasons I'd have liked I Am Kloot to have won, but despite the overkill the xx LP is still a wee gem. The sound of two lovestruck teenagers whispering to each other under the duvet has rarely been better captured.
