Anyway, what is it with Las Vegas? Got a text tonight from a mate who's there for someone i know's wedding.I guess i should be jealous ( the fact they're in Las Vegas, not the couple!) But, erm, i'm not. So there are people i know currently in Las Vegas, /have been there/ planning to go there. What is it with the place? It's all just casinos, gambling and strip bars isn't it? I don't get why you'd not just go to Los Angeles instead😕 Much cooler place i'd imagine ( though i've never been to either) Someone help me out here...
Guess i've watched Mullholland Drive too many times and got swept away with the idea of hiring a a car and driving around the L.A. freeway all day and night with Jesus And Mary Chain's Psychocandy album blasting out of the car stereo.Let's sit on the beach in L.A. , no? Sounds much cooler to me
And anyway, The Killers come from Las Vegas and they're TWATS.Though i did like their song Runaways from their most recent album.
