Help on LTM / Factory Benelux mail order

The same problem again...

I tried to purchase Mark Reeder's "Collaborator" and "Of Factory New York" by FBN mail order when these albuns came out, but unsuccessfully. No response.

Now I'm trying to order "The Other Two & You" and "Superhighways" from LTM and the same thing is happening. What's wrong? 😕

Does anybody here ordered any record from LTM or FBN successfully recently?
