It's getting to be the end of the year, and the tally of celebrities who are no longer with us seems to be a pretty big one. Here's a post to celebrate the most memorable ones, the ones that will be missed the most (based on personnal preferences). Here's my list in no particular order:

John Entwistle Joe Strummer Dave Thomas (Wendy's founder) James Coburn Spike Milligan

There are a few others, I just can't remember them. Feel free to add your list

Let's see, there's the American baseball legend Ted Williams, who is presumably still frozen somewhere while his kids fight over their right to make a dollar off of him one last time.

Lisa 'left-eye' Lopes of TLC.

Waylon Jennings, big loss for my dad, and who joked with Buddy Holly that "I hope your plane crashes" before that fateful night in Iowa.

Chuck Jones, Warners Bros. cartoonist.

Dee-Dee Ramone.

Hadn't heard that Nils Stevenson, Sex Pistols associate, had died till this week.
