Anyone else catch this? April Lavigne (or whatever the fuck her name is) mispronounced David Bowie at the Grammy nominations yesterday. Something tells me she's not a fan.... (isn't she supposed to be "nouveau punk" or some other media-hype crap? You think she would know...)

Anyways, it is Ziggy's birthday today, so let's all wish him a happy one (as if he needs our best wishes on a site I doubt he ever visits. Would probably make more sense on a Bowie chat room or something).

my father is interested in bowie only because he's madly in love with iman. probably one of the only rock stars he actually has respect for (he's a classical music man), for that very reason.

Maybe she would've known how to pronounce Bowie's name if it had been written as Bowi3.
