I rented this last night, despite the presence of a Culkin in the cast it was actually quite enjoyable. Basically it's about a spoiled brat (Culkin) who keeps getting into trouble at various private schools he's forced to attend, all the while selling drugs to various people. He's got a very dysfunctional family. It's just a brilliant little dark and funny flick, well worth seeing in my humble opinion. 
Am I just babbling to myself? Has anyone else seen this movie?
