Hockey fans! What did you think of the trade deadline?

well my islanders didnt help their chance to even hang on to the 8th playoff spot, "The Rick" let in some terrible goals last night and ozzie is long gone, interesting trade that brought gilmour back to T.O., He's my all tome fav and i'd love to see him win another cup before he retires, but after last year i really hate the leafs. pittsburgh? Mario is all alone seems like hockey is in for some big changes in the next couple of seasons

i'm a huge Red Wings fan, and i'm happy that they brought in Mathieu Schneider. but i tire to some extent of their strategy of bringing in veterans for draft picks. but it seems to be working well, at least for now. we'll see in 10 years...

i can't believe that Gilmour went for merely a sixth round pick. it's a shame to see that his stock has dropped so much. he's one of my all-time favs, too.

so what's the deal with Justin Papineau? i'm not familiar with him.

here's hoping the Isles manage to hold on to the eighth spot (i like them, too).

do you think that the Senators will finally be able to perform in the playoffs this year? i have my doubts, although they're looking pretty damn good (not that they haven't in the regular season before, only to fail miserably in the post-season).

so who do you think has the best shot at the Cup? i think the Stars and the Wings are the most likely candidates.
