She was in Anger Management as the token love interest, she wasn't half bad (I STILL can't figure out how she got the Oscar for "My Cousin Vinny"!). I think she also did a voice for either a Fox cartoon or one of the Adult Swim lineup on Cartoon Network.

Speaking of "AM", that felt like less of a movie and more of a 90-minute advertisement for the Army, the ESPN restaurant, etc. Isn't it great when movies include such "subtle" plugs as a gigantic billboard outside the protagonist's window?

I just saw Anger Management this weekend. Possibly the worst film I've seen since "Druids" (A French film most people here specially Americans would have been mercifully spared from). Boring, predictable, humourless and with some of the wors acting outside Bollywood. Jack Nicholson is soooo bad even Adam Sandler looks good next to him (well, not exactly good but less bad). Two rediming features: John Turturro and of course Marisa Tomei, lovely as ever.

It was amazing! The best argument put forward against the "cultural protectionists", usually Frenchmen who want to impose on us quotas of European movies. What a load of crap that was. I do not know what was worse, the appalling acting of Lambert, the appalling non acting of Ines Sastre (the whole audience was roaring with laughter everytime she spoke), the antiglobalisation tirades of Max von Sidow (He literally mentioned in several occasions "the free movement of goods and people through Roman Roads is what's killing the Galias!") or the incompetent directorship, specially in the battle scenes, with the same Roman armies approaching time and again fimed from slightly different angles. :barf:

The movie In The Bedroom was nominated for best movie of the year in 2001 (so Oscars in March 2002), with Sissy Spacek.. she had a huge role...

Let's say her career didn't turn out as expected.. I haven't seen Anger Management though.
