i really hope so! fennesz is some of the best glitchy electronica i've listened to lately. :thumb:

endless summer is also a surprisingly soothing album.

On David Sylvian's new album Blemish, Fennesz plays on an a beautiful track called A Fire in the Forest, probably the highlight of a very fine album. I've heard on the grapevine that there's a planned collaboration between the two in the near future.

I was listening to radio 3's mixing it at the weekend and they played a segment from Fennesz's Live in Japan. I'm very tempted, is this a good entry into his work or would you recommend Endless Summer first?

blemish is a really nice album, i really like the first two tracks and the fennesz one. also, its amazing sylvian can sing along to derek bailey's guitar work. sheesh.

i haven't heard any of live in japan (how is that btw?), but endless summer is great. its really pretty, summery tunes, with guitar and lots of distorted bits/glitches. i'd say its a great starting point.

i'm starting to get into his older material and the album "+ 47 56 37" or whatnot seems pretty cool. shoot, any of fennesz's stuff is probably worth a look.

etc.
