Could be. Did you check Discogs? Have a look at THIS and read the Reviews down the bottom.
EDIT: then look at THIS. No pics of the red vinyl, alas. You'll have to join up and add your own pics to the listing! And then flog it for a fortune (maybe). I wonder how accurate the comment "Never commercially released" is.
Sleeve looks a bit crap though.

Supposedly only 10-15 in existence, ive had one before and they are really nice!
Last one sold for around £800!
