Brixton Academy 2001 video

Hello I am from Rome and a friend of mine who was in London last week-end bought me a videocassette in Camden Town with the New Order gig at the Brixton Academy dated October the 12th 2001. The problem is that the videocassette is a bad duplicate and nothing can be seen in it. There is just a very low and noisy audio and I think its the New Order gig by the way. I am very pissed off as that video cost my friend 20 UK pounds and being in Rome I cant do anything. So I am looking for someone in London to help me. I could send to him the bad tape and he could try to change it, then get a duplicate for himself for free of the tape and then send it right back to me. If you cant duplicate it to me just send it to me and I will duplicate for you as a thank. You know my friends wanted to do me a big X-mas surprise and I really would like to fix this.
