Rare poster for sale on ebay.....

.....only 2 exist, the other one is owned by Factory. This approx 3ft x 4 and a half ft Poster is laminated and glazed, framed in matt black aliminium to best standard. Some small creases in laminate so Factory rejected it and got new one done. Have lowered price because of this. Still a must-have for a New Order fan. I just wish I had room for it, but it's gotta go!

how can a poster "owned by Factory" be one from the London Records era... Can someone explain ?
