montreux jazz festival

I am looking for a GOOD QUALITY copy of the 1993 Montreux Jazz Festival show (which I believe was broadcast on MTV) on DVD-R or UK-compatible VHS. I am also interested in any non-UK TV appearances, plus Regret from TFI Friday and the Leuven show broadcast on MTV (I already have a copy of Leuven, but the quality is not very good).

I have around 90 NO live shows on CD, plus most of New Order's live UK TV performances (many of them first generation recordings, including the C4 Play At Home documentary and the 1984 BBC Rock Around The Clock performance) which I can copy on to region-free DVD-R (and possibly UK VHS) for trade.
