I be there its less than 3 miles from my place! Its a small pub tucked away near the library and KFC and it has candles on the tables very retro and always a pub I visit when in Blackburn cos of the very chilled atmosphere!

this is a very small bar hence small operation.the owner has always known hooky,wilson etc and thats how he as swung this about 90 capacity!!! which will make it extra fantastic these are just initial details.ive to ring back again tomorrow when the owner will be around

been down,there's a poster in the window black and yellow hac style with a picture of hooky on it,also says live music from....er i've forgot! sorry about that! i was going to take a photo of it but i wouldn't have a clue how to put it onto here,one of my mates works just round corner so i'll ask him to look tommorow,i'm at a wedding tommorow though and away for weekend,the guy who owns it has connections with the old factory lot,he used to book bands for king georges hall,acr have played there a couple of times in the last few years,and like i said 808state dj'd too,theres a poster on the wall for new order at preston,its a good little bar at weekends

no trouble mate..the girlfriend was browsing records in there and found out about it off that very same wonderful lady on saturday,got us name down for 6 tickets there and then. we'll be having a quick warm up drink somewhere beforehand if you fancy it

Theres 3 or 4 of us coming over Grane from Helmshore for this one. Should be a good night. John Da Silva used to rock my shack during the late 80s at the Hac so there should also be some fine old skool moments thrown in i'm sure. Looks like a warm up for the Dec 3rd Manny Acadamy Hac-Classics night so it should be well worth it Just a question : Do we know for definate what time / order the night is taking? LETS 'AVE SOME!!!

I managed to order four tickets from the lovely lady that i will be picking up in person in the morning. Not sure what time we will be getting to Blackburn on friday yet.But i will let you know soon. you can park around back of king georges hall around the college area.north bar is down side street next to libery.there's a pub across from king george's hall main front doors called JUBILEE.you might know it.meet us in there at 8 jake.we are going wetherspoons 7.15 but will be in jubilee by 8.

It was a top night and I made a right twat of myself!! (so unlike me!).But then again I was entitled to it seeming as my ticket was numbered 1 !! I got a peck on my cheek from Hooky and I offered to wipe the sweat from his brow cos he was working so hard, well he does a good impression of looking busy !!
