Left home in the midlands for the Apollo gig last night, meeting my mate who was driving down from Carlisle where she was working this week. Got a text as I passed M1 J26 that she had had an accident - car written off, so she wouldn't be able to come! Spent the night phoning and texting to make sure she was ok. Couldn't go to the gig after that - I would not have been able to enjoy it.
So am here at work today with two unused tickets for last nights gig in my wallet! Probably the best gig I've never been to...?
