Tickets go on sale on Friday 21st April at 9:00am from either Ticketmaster UK, TicketLine or SeeTickets.

'Turn' - dunno, video has been produced, but that's it - no promos/release dates/etc

Good question - most seem to be fully booked - cheapest I've found is the Radisson SAS at 88 quid...

Well, if the MEN Arena was anything to go by, super strength lager won't be a problem - that was pisswater - so much so, I refused to drink any more of it after tasting a single pint!

I will be very surprised if it is all seats. I don't ever recall a band or artist that has played the Summer Pops before which has a following like New Order so if the organisers have any nouse they will provide floor space.

re: nearby hotels there's one just around the corner from the gig called the dolby hotel (maybe it's really quiet :) ) not sure how much per nite, worth looking into tho.....

There's a Travel Inn on Albert Docks I think...

yeah theres a few down by the docks. theres a cheapish one by the casino which is past the albert docks (or if you're turning right out of the entrance to the docks) but i cant remember the name of it at all

i'd let you all stay in my halls, but my contract has run out by then

so the cheapest tickets are gonna be the shitty seats near the back, im gonna have to splash out a bit more methinks

I don't think the VIP thing is the issue, it's the all-seated thing that concerns me more. Seen enough gigs where that ain't a problem, but sounds like security might be a bit more clued up at this one. Hope not for most people's sake.

Yeah all seating sounds a bit mental really. Can't say I'd mind in a funny sort of way, would have been handy at the Apollo when everything went wrong :D But at the same time, all seater venues are for andy fucking williams not NO.

this weekend's bought and paid for, and it may well be the last brass I see in a while. I'm sure I'l have money by july (fuckin hope so anyway), it's a question of there still be the odd ticket to be found by the time things sort out. My projected income for the forseeable future, for reasons infinitely long and complex is....exactly fuck all, zero.

Nah, no New Order tickets yet, but the VIP tickets for the other artists are pretty much similar prices around the £160 - £170 mark.
