Since I have to get up at 4am to buy these tickets, can someone please tell me the best place to get them? Is it something I should use ticketbastard for or go to the venue site?

I know the article announcing the show had a couple different links on it.

Apologies for this post but since BCD style conversations have posted up in threads here I've not been able to find this information, if it's been mentioned before.

Ticketmaster.

You'll be in and out in seconds.

Won't even have time to stop around and get dirty.

anyone know the max allocation per household?

why dont we all grab as many Gold tickets as we can and sell on any spares to fellow noolers?

10!

And there's a phone number for over 10! But should imagine that'd be a mare getting through on. There's no link for 10+ people on the net. Er, unless you're hearing or sight impaired and then you can book up to 30. THIRTY!

Me, I'm deaf, dumb and blind.

oh fcuk me sideways, it's not letting me buy tickets :(

There were no tickets available that matched your request

There are several things you can try:

\* Change the quantity of tickets you are requesting.
\* If you selected a specific seat section, try switching to "Best Available".
\* If you are unable to find tickets, be sure to check back often. As the date of the event nears, sometimes a limited number of tickets may be released.
\* If you entered a promotional code, check that the code is valid for the ticket price and criteria you selected.

What a load of shite.

Made sure I was logged in nice and early, been continually refreshing the page since 8:50am and it wouldn't let me anywhere near the £42.50 tickets so I've ended up with 2 at £32.50. Suppose that's not too bad.

Every time I (pretty quickly and repeatedly) entered the verification word for the £42.50 lot it just said "no tickets matched my request" and I first tried at 8:57am according to my clock.

That's my whinge out of the way :nonono:

EDIT: Row QQ, seats 8 & 9 for me and Nick.

Once again, a disaster with Ticketmaster... I managed to get no tickets at £42.50, then 2 tickets at £32.50 then one ticket at £42.50 10 minutes later?

Wtf is up with their system??

It's best available by default, I didn't bother altering it.

Got mine and agent woods tickets over the phone. £37 I think. We're at the side, block K (Hooky Side), cant remember which row.

Convenience Charge - £5 :deal:

Who's f*ckin convenience, Ticketmaster, you robbing c*nts ?

Or does that mean we all pay an extra £5 for use of a stinking portable toilet.

I'm actually pretty pissed off with this.

Got 2 tix @ £32.50 initially, assumed I was being offered the 32.50 ones cos the 42.50 ones were sold out.

Tried again 5 minutes later and managed to get 1 ticket @ 42.50.

Then tried 2 mins ago and they offered 2 tix @ 42.50?

This is a nightmare, I'm not buying 2 extra (making 5)... I already need to offload 1 now.

FUCKING TICKETMASTER SHITE

Right, £3.50 to the first person producing an Excel spreadsheet mapping out the locations of where we're all sitting.

A Who's Who of Neworderonline, if you like.

Come on, someone must want to do it.

Okay, I'll round the offer up to a nice crisp fiver. Any takers?!

Just the Corby Order in the cheap seats then? Not very amused to say the least. Fucking useless bastards Ticketmaster, couldn't book online so spent 20 minutes on the phone to finally secure 5 tickets in what i thought was the front seats block N row DC? Was only when the booking was finalised they quoted the price as £188.00 that i realised they were rear seats at £32.50 each. Have been trying to upgrade seats to no avail since. :banghead: Fook it we'll just have to storm the front just before they come on.

Lad I've worked with has just nabbed 2 tickets in Row U, up the back of the stalls.

Every time he asked for a pair it kept offering him 2 singles instead, in different blocks!

Not the best system, is it? More proof they should play venues where standing room only is de rigeur.

oldmonkey wrote: Not the best system, is it? More proof they should play venues where standing room only is de rigeur.

A lot of venues can shift seats out easy enough though, can't they. Wembley Arena, Hammy Apollo, etc. Are the Big Top seats bolted to the floor or summat?

If they think they can prevent a mass run to the front they're mistaken. Think I lasted all of 10 seconds in my seat at the QEH last year.
