Bournemouth Ticket arrived today

Cost 31p to post it to me , yet I had to pay £4.00 booking fee and £4.70 Registered Post.

Just waiting till 9am and I'm phoning Ticketline, I have confirmation that they would be sent registered post £4.70, they came normal post 31p. I reckon that is breach of contract. I am not letting this go

Just spoke to Paula from Ticketline on 0870 444 5556, they are going to refund £4.39 to my card.

Yeah, they said the same to me... I didn't think you got a choice.. I thought you had to pay for special delivery...

Mine still hasn't arrived, and unfortunately I won't be able to reclaim most of the postage when it does come, as I no longer use that credit card with which I paid for the tickets!

keep an eye on your card statements and if they do not refund wait until after the gig and chargeback the full amount via your credit/debit card company.

Ive just called the ticketline number tht digi has put on the thread, they said, they are refunding monies to all who booked online, unsure if this is a full refund or £4.39 less the 31p postage ……Well done Digi
