Heidi, love, it's "could have" or "could've".

Can you create an option so I can vote for "better spelling next time"?

No need to be rude, from what I have seen on the forum, this lass went out of her way for you lot!

Show a bit of respect... so she made a spelling mistake... she isn't the first to and will not be the last!

AGREE - jesus christ its like having the spelling police on here sometimes.. :-) is he an out of work enlgish teacher?!!

After party was fuckin brilliant! have to say seeing a bunch of 40year old pilled up blokes dancing on the stage was so funny.. especially in bournemouth!

Oh to be a fly on the wall when everyone started turning up.

The DJ played really well and made me stay out way past my bedtime.. I kept trying to go home but couldnt as each tune just got better and better.

BIG respect for sorting this out.. Made a good night a great night!

Voted for 1 - to see the band - but I can understand if they wanted an early night before the next gig!

Anyway - I really enjoyed the aftershow regardless of the guys turning up, so thanks to Heidi for sorting it out. :thumb:

My only gripe about the Landmarc is that the beer was too strong.

Several spelling mistakes, actually. And she's clearly a nutcase as well.

Don't care if the band turn up and certainly don't expect them to - they did there job and we really don't expect working overtime.

Food? Not at that time of night. It WOULD have got messy

Certianly would have stayed longer, but all things have to come to an end and you reap what you sow in the morning - I feel bad enough as it is.

Bar prices were steep, but we expected that. The venue was perfectly sized - oh I think I'm going to cry it was all so perfect.

The one thing I would have changed is that fucking step on the edge of the dancefloor - the one you're expected to navigate between where we were sat on the balcony and the bar or toilet. It caught me out every time and several other people went the same way.

So - ban the step :nono:

Martin, don't even try... I know, I used to be an English teacher...

BUT, that's beside the point...

Thanks for organising the aftershow party Heidi - sorry we didn't get to say hello, hope you gotmy text - only stayed for the one - almost had to carry Tricia back to the hotel :( as we'd been drinking from 11am... Loved every minute of both afternoon and evening and am very grateful to all involved - old mates we saw again in the pub, bumped into at the gig (intentionally or unintentionally - sorry) the band and all at the aftershow :)

It wasn't for anyone i attempted conversation with.

Oh and another thing, the walls of the Landmarc aren't bouncy enough.

Gravity a bit on the high side as well I'd wager? Pubs need to see to their patons needs!

BTW, Bournemoth's a bit fuckin hilly for my likin, and I'm from a place where everywhere is up a hill from everywhere else, no matter how little sense that makes.

Didn't expect the band to turn up !!!!

As it wasn't organised by them, thanks to those who made the effort though on the party as I don't think anywhere else in Bournemouth would of been so interesting !!!

I'll second everything you've wrote Rennie and thanks to Heidi for sorting and meeting you (I was with a bloke called Mark and a German girl - can't remember her name sorry!) and your other half at the after show party. PS The DJ was good and dropped a good selection of indie, dance and rave classics from the Madchester era! Cheers!:thumb:

I had a brilliant time in the aftershow party, wasn't even bothered about the beer prizes. Danced like a bastard I did. Thought the venue was very cool too. Top marks Heidi luv

Thanks Heidi, I thought the party was great!! No complaints really.

I presume the point about the band turning up is in jest?? It is unrealistic to ever expect them to turn up to an event like that. They would be crazy to do so - poor devils wouldn't be left alone. As far as I know they only ever attend carefully ticketed post show gatherings that are in the venue itself.

Thanks for your message - well the venue were going to set up a VIP area for them away from people, and the management did give word that a couple would turn up!! Glad that gabrielles wish turned up though - they were endlessly ordering trays of drinks. I was sat near the bar and they kept coming over my head!! It is such a shame though that Alan wise couldnt of taken a little more interest in things - like it or not if it wasnt for loyal fans like you guys - they wouldnt be where they are!! bands often forget that!
