Think me and JG are. Given the choice of that, or flying, I'll always go Eurostar. Used to be even better when the 1st class travel was a lot cheaper - free food and as much as you can drink for your entire journey. You could easy drink the difference between standard and 1st class prices!

Must confess that I haven't started looking yet - I guess that there must be an alternative train route between Paris and Brussells without using Eurostar?
Are you just doing Paris/Brussells, or Netherlands/Germany as well?
Hire a car? Coach? It's not that far, is it?
How long do we have to travel?
