I'll definitely take a look at Brixton.

No Dammers though, so it seems. :(

I think JG once said to me that if The Specials reunited and toured, they'd sell out 10 nights at Brixton Academy!

Stay at home folks.

Big on price, short on talent. I saw Prince Buster and Delroy Williams for half that price last year, now that was real quality.

Of course. Because Birmingham and and Wolverhampton NEVER have any gigs, do they? Starved for live music down there...

well i went last night to the toon' gig, it was a class do, better than i hoped as they mixed up the set from what i was expecting. Not too aggressive down the front either ( no good for RoCKeT).Thankfully no far-right dicks there to spoil it, as has happened up her recently with Sham 69 & Angelic Upstarts gigs. I think they warranted reforming regardless of what yr opinion is of Sir Damners not being involved:bow:

Well, in theory, I'm only going up on Telford on the Tuesday morning, and will be back Wednesday afternoon... So, if that happens, I'll be at Canterbury Arms/Brixton on the Wednesday...

That's the theory... Unless some bugger decides to book a meeting for the Wednesday afternoon...

Fingers crossed...
