Yeah 23 shows and we imploded two weeks ago. To be honest we'd had that many crew changes, we should have been renamed THE FALL...or SUGABABES! In true theatre tradtion though...THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
My good self,the trusty bassist,MZDEE on vocals,and NOOL's very own CAPTAIN BLACK are carrying on as POSITRONIK,with a lean more to electronica!!
You'll be able to catch us on our debut gig on SATURDAY May 21st from 5pm. In support of SALFORD CITY RADIO,the fluffy institution which brought you THE MONTY SHOW (!!),and their struggle with the current council cutbacks, all the bands taking part,and the DJs (including me doing an indie set),MAYFEST will commence at 5pm till 11.30 enough time to slope off into Manchester and catch a club!
Tickets are only a fiver,and ISLINGTON MILL,off Oldfield Road,off Chapel Street,Salford has had a refit recently, proper bar with reasonabl priced ales!
So come on,cheer on your Uncle MONTY,the splendid cnut!
