I really love this 2015 live version of Sirens' Call - is it based on any particular remix?

As also performed at Glastonbury 2016.

It’s based on the Planet Funk remix, but with the guitar outro from the album version. Which sounds absolutely brilliant live.

Can I find a mp3 file of Planet Funk remix or similar anywhere?
