Today, I finally got myself to buy shipping supplies and go to the post office to have a price for all the items I have to ship in the big NOOL giveaway, so here is what you need to know. I'll round the prices as they usually are .99

Those are the prices it cost me to send to Turn Jim, and prices it would cost at other places in the world:

Weight with enveloppe: 0.137 kg

Rigid enveloppe: 1$ Canadian shipping: 2$ USA Shipping: 3$ Worldwide Shipping: 6$

Item 2xDVD

Those are the prices it cost me to send to The Happy One, and prices it would cost at other places in the world:

Weight with box: 0.403 kg

Shipping box with those stupid "S" things for protection: 5$ Canadian Shipping: 9$ (don't even ask me why it costs more!) USA Shipping: 8$ Worldwide Shipping: 14$

Weight with enveloppe: 0.166 kg Bubbled enveloppe: 1$ Canadian shipping: 6.50$ US Shipping: 6$ Worldwide Shipping: 7.50$

Krafty 12"

I didn't send any because I needed to find a better way to send them, probably will add cardboard, but here are the prices:

Weight with enveloppe (without cardboard): 0.275 kg Bubbled enveloppe: 3$ Canadian shipping: 9$ USA Shipping: 8$ Worldwide Shipping: 14$

How to proceed? Calculate your price, send money via paypal at nleblanc@neworderonline.com, handling fees are to your own willing, but since it took me so long to do it, feel free to do the donation you want ;) don't worry, I don't mind ;) DO NOT FORGET TO SEND YOUR VALID SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT, usually PayPal allows you to do it, or if you're using somebody else's paypal account, send it in the "message to" box.

if you are no longer interested in your item due to this, let me know and I'll draw another name

Wow, thanks for shipping mine first. I guess I better pay you

I will sometime today! And yes there will be a little extra for your effort and/or anybody who is having trouble paying.

I shipped 3 package this morning, those who paid me yesterday.

I don't say I'll go to the post office daily, but I'll do my best.. it's easier to ship only a few at the time than going for the big bunch.

Money sent to NOOL too. :thumb:

Nic oi sent too the money via paypal (09/02)

Wow! Very expensive to send a Krafty 12" to Brazil, uh? Anyone interested in trading Krafty 12" x Krafty UK 2xCD? Maybe someone who already has it. It would be very much cheaper for me and I don't even have how to play vinyl here in my house.

Yes it's expensive... that's why I think the 12" are not worth it unless you really want to collect them. For UK, it costs more than buying it at the shop!

And you're not sure it will make it in 1 piece.. which I hope very much, but we never know.

Spotnick,

I'm gonna send the money this friday. Thanks a lot.

But, I will pack everything and post most of it this week-end, we finally have a Community 2 break for the week-end, so I will try to do all that tomorrow.

Yeah, sorry about that... been disabled for almost 2 weeks due to some neck pain that made me stay home a while and on the pills.

I started back monday, I'm ok now, will start shipping some this week, I promise (for real this time)

Seems each time I'm about to do it, something comes up for some reason.

I think I will never do that again, too big pain in the *** to deal with.

Bit of a spooky(or fooking just daft) hypothesis here-maybe The Sultan has made a Spotnick voodoo doll because he's so fooking jealous of the NOOL site's visitor numbers compared to his:evil:

I think he sorted that out years ago, it's been a while we have more traffic that he has ;)

Until last year, he had the news, we managed to find a way to get them as well, and our members are incredible for that ;)

I was starting to (finally) pack stuff and I realized that due to my hard disk crash of 10 days ago, I lost all the addresses of the winners.

So I really REALLY need people to send me back their address along with the stuff they won (I will double check, so don't bother sending me stuff you didn't have eh? ;) )

Thanks a lot. I will post all the slipcase on thursday, I will start shipping CDs on friday, I will end with the 12" because I'm still not sure what I bought to ship them is good enough.

Send all mail to webmaster@neworderonline.com

Mine and Ron's are coming to Australia via Mark McKellar-Harding's addy. Hopefully he's sent you an email with that already. All 3 of us won slipcases. And MMH also won a Krafty 12".

I also emailed him about what's going on as well.

Good news is FedEx shipped my replacement hard disk and I received it yesterday.

Bad news is my mail folder was lost (more than 2000 emails from NOOL!) and I did lost some Community 2 entries...

Sucks, but what can I do... I never thought a brand new hard drive would fail so soon... bought it in February!

Just send everything to me...

while you are at it...throw in ALL your cash...and...erm...any other goodies...like that Erasure shirt...

I email Spotnick a while back - from memory I also mailed your good self & Ron confirming...

Yeah, a few of you emailed me their address, I will prepare shipments adequately and this time they will (for real) go out next week.

I finally have a break from Community, they would have been shipped already if it wasn't for that hard drive failure.

Really sorry about that, I'll try to find a way to pay you all back.

Here we go again, had issues that made impossible to me to deliver these on time, again.

I'm very sorry for this, please rest assure, these will go, and as I said, I'll make it up to you for all the time you have waited for this.

I'm going on a vacation now, I'll be back at the end of the month, so don't worry if you don't hear from me until then... I really had some issues that made it impossible for me to make it on time.

Sorry once again :( But I'm keeping this thread up so you are sure I'm not forgetting anybody, these will be sent for sure on the week of my return.

As promised, I'm sending a first shipment today, so check the first page and you'll notice if yours has been shipped.

Others will follow.

Probably yes, that's because usually I do competitions and ask the people to send it. It's quite complicated for me to get to the post office with my job and everything.

As for Community 2, don't worry, I'm not doing the shipping o that one.

And of course, another batch will be shipped this week, I hope to have them all shipped ASAP because I'm really tired of doing this too...

And technically beside 1 or 2 person, I mailed most of those who replied to me since my hard disk crash, so year please email me your new address with the prize I should ship you... the other, I simply need to email them to get their info back...

You can't be serious... I sent that like 6 weeks ago, if not more!

I just had one of the worst week of my life, hence why it was, once again, delayed.

It's getting ridiculous, I know.

I will be preparing them all this week-end and shipping them early in the week. I still have issues with sending 12", I want to make sure they arrive in 1 piece, so I might have to order some special boxes for that.

Sorry once again... but lung infection + ashtma + very-near death in the family, and some other I won't tell.. it's been a nightmare!

People are now entitled to a refund if they can't wait anymore, it seems I'm unable to find time to post those things, plus I need to buy LP mailers, I finally found a site that will ship to Canada last week.

Can't believe how long this has been, but it will be shipped as soon as I can, no worry... I wanted them gone by the end of the year, and as usual, I had troubles finding time to do so, plus post office hours were a mess.

This will go asap.

God it sounds like you've to hell and back Spotnick re. this whole comp...but especially offloading the slipcases to parts beyond the North American/Canadian landmasses. I think that those still waiting for slipcases are being exceptionally patient(myself included) given that from say an eBay or general JD/NO fan's POV they are almost equivilant raritywise to either the JD Sordide Sentimentale single or the Komakino flexi that was SUPPOSED to be a giveaway but actually SOLD to people by less scrupulous record shops. The slipcases on eBay have usually sold at much higher prices(before postage has even been factored in) that what we've paid to cover your postage costs. So send 'em anyway, but please send 'em sometime, anytime soon, even if you have to deputise some of the other Canadian Order to help out

Don't worry, I still have them, and I have offered refunds to everybody who wanted it.

Problem is mostly the damned 12", I need to order propre shipping gear for those...

And let's say I had some rough times lately, but that's no excuse, and that's the last time I'm doing shipping myself... let's face it, I suck at this big time.

I will try to finish this, especially the package to Australia, it's been way too much time, but to keep transparent I always left this thread sticky.

Nicos...just tell them somebody broke into your place and pilfered them...

yeah...that's the ticket...

then don't give 'em any refunds...that's the American way!!!

Just for the record, I have ordered LP mailers that will be way better than my original plan, once I get this, I'm shipping the lot, expect it to go on April 15.

Hopefuly I'll have a car by then !!

Update: Sleeve City is *FINALLY* sending me the boxes to send the damned 12".

Expect everything to be gone by June, as I'm moving and I have no plan to move with those!

12 inches? Some of us are still waiting for slipcases.

Well not really waiting anymore.

I have sent a mail to all people who still have slipcases in the queue... please reply asap so I can ship them.

As for others, I will need your shipping address, I lost it a long time ago when my hard disk crashed, and not everybody sent it back, so send it back again!

Some shipments seems to take forever, believe it or not, it took 6 months for Labster to receive his Community 2 CDs! 6 full months!!

In your case, I got the boxes, it's up to pack and ship them, which shall be done this week-end.

I sent for 150$ of stuff the last time, I'm sending a new batch this month, since you all paid, it's not a problem (the other one was the C2 gifts)... it's soo long at the post office I will dispatch them asap.

Once again, I'm very sorry about all this time, I had my share of problems but it's not your problem, thanks for waiting, will try to make it worthwhile.

I really seems as I am unable to find time to pack and ship the damned things.

I will do it shortly, you are entitled to a refund if you are tired of waiting, and I can understand that.

Clearly the last time I'm doing this... I still have a few things to ship other than that (Community 2 gifts)...

I am putting a date on my calendar to do the packing, then will ship them a few at the time...

Sorry once again for this... I'm clearly bad at this.

Hey, I aint been here for a while (not even lurking) and saw this topic.

how come you've all this stuff to give away. It seems pretty generous of you too simply charge postage for the items, and not put them up on ebay auction.

Otherwise I'd be interested in Item. Mostly because I haven't seen it for sale anywhere in ages. (I must be blind or something)

EDIT What I mean, is would you be willing to send my Item if you have any copies left? I'm willing to pay whatever for shipping to the UK.

Désolé Spotnick de revenir à la charge avec ça, mais j'aimerai bien recevoir mon SlipCases pour y ranger mes 45 tours, ainsi que mon CD de WFTSC. Merci.
