did joy division/new order make the most money out of factory records?

probably a stupid question....... but did jd/no make the most coin out of factory recs? i know the mondays must have made a few bucks,but did the order make the most? or am i way off? would be nice to know! regards

I think the answer is they lost the most since they will have outsold every other factory act by far

would they have made as good music without martin hannett, peter saville, the hacienda , (ducking from attacks) the happy mondays , all the other artists around factory and that scene? proberbally not. they may have made worse or better or more commercial or less commercial.
